Cancellation Policy
Boundless Rec and Fitness has implemented the following cancellation policy: - Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded or credited to your account. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee. - No-shows and people showing up late for service appointments will be charged the full fee for the scheduled service. Please note that these policies may be subject to change. We encourage you to review our website or contact us directly for the most up-to-date information. In the event of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe to operate, Boundless Rec and Fitness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services. Clients will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or credit towards future services. In the event that the service provider is unable to fulfill a scheduled service due to illness or emergency, Boundless Rec and Fitness will make every effort to reschedule the service. If rescheduling is not feasible, clients will be offered a full refund or credit towards future services.
